Our one-piece wheels are available in sizes from 17″ to 23″ for street applications, and in 18″, 19″, 20″, and 22″ configurations for flat face, conical, and motorsport applications. For modular designs, our center discs for two-piece and three-piece wheels range from 17″ through 26″.
Superior Wheel Technology
The forging process transforms aluminum through high pressure and temperature, converting non-directional grain structure into high-integrity multi-directional grain structure. The aluminum remains solid as dies reshape cast stock into a cylindrical wheel form. This blank then enters our spin-forging machine, creating radial grain direction that aligns maximum strength with operating loads. The result is premium strength with no porosity—the same one-piece approach trusted by aircraft manufacturers for critical components.
APP leverages over 50 years of aerospace forging experience to produce lightweight, high-strength wheels without welded joints. Our wheels feature load ratings from 1,500 pounds for racing applications up to 3,500 pounds for SUVs and off-road vehicles. Each rating undergoes rigorous fatigue and impact testing. When requested, our wheels can feature a polished mirror finish, possible only due to the exceptional structure created through our forging process.
